What is the size limit for the photos I am adding into our profile?
I am having problems trying to upload a photo to my account. Is there a limit to size or number of photos that an organization can have?

Hello Dee!
I'm glad you are utilizing the new photo tool (now available to all organizations using out services).
There is a limit of 5 photos or logos allowed within your account.
The file should be in GIF, JPG, or PNG format and cannot exceed 1 MB in size.

Can't find the link to actually add the photos... but, still looking at "my account"... (sigh)-

Did you click on the link I provided in my previous answer? The Photo Manager tool is located in your organization dashboard. Under the tab marked 'My Tools' click on 'Photo Manager'.

My photo is a jpeg (jpg) and seemingly of the correct size but the system will not upload it to use. I could however upload a logo. What can I do?

First double check the size of your image. If it fits within the guidelines listed in my answer above please let me know by responding to this post and I tell you what to do next.
