VolunteerMatch Website extremely slow
The website is EXTREMELY slow- I'm pretty sure that it's not my computer or internet connection b/c all of my other sites are working just fine. Also, when I click on something, it doesn't seem as if it registers as something that was clicked on. This may be due to the slowness also...

Hi Lovie,
Are you still experiencing difficulties with our site? Are things still loading slowly? Our engineering team did could not locate any server errors yesterday afternoon. If you are still experiencing these problem can you please describe the scenario (e.g. what are you trying to do on the site? What are you clicking? etc). I know this might seem redundant but it will help our engineering team (and any users who read these posts) greatly.
If we are not able to resolve the problem after this, I will contact you directly.

Yes I am still having trouble with the site loading slowly. I'm trying to "register" even though I already have, but I'm not sure how to post an opportunity without doing so first... and it's taking a while to go from one step to the next, such as where it says "Add organization: Step 1 of 3- Check status". -

I've figured out how to post and/or edit a volunteer opportunity without having to re-register, but now, when I try to go to the next step of an opportunity that I'm editing, when I click on "Next Step -->", nothing happens. It's as if there's no link connected to the buttons at the bottom of the page. The only button that does seem to work is the "Cancel" button...

I'm glad you figured out how to add an opportunity. I suspect this is why you experienced delays in service.
Which step are you getting held up on in the posting process? Have you filled out all the necessary information before clicking on the 'Next Step' button?

Yes, I have. The website is still a little wonky sometimes, as in it doesn't seem as if it registers when I click on something sometimes, but everything works for the most part. Thanks.
