Volunteer match problems

Ever since Volunteer Match went to the new system where you can update all of your accounts at the same time, WE, The World has hardly had any volunteers contact us. We advertise under (virtual) and most people can't find this or do not know what virtual means. Can you change the word virtual to "Online Volunteering" and make the option larger?

When I do send out a group email to my contacts there are about 6-7 names that keep showing up as undelivered but when I go to archive the person it says that they can not be archived as they are keeping track of volunteer hours? What's that all about?
