Hello,
I am currently unable to upload my company's logo. We tried with 2 different people, using 2 different browsers and were unsuccessful. Please advise. Thank you.

And what size is the file you are trying to upload?
The file should be in GIF, JPG, or PNG format and cannot exceed 1 MB in size.

When I submit a picture in the photo up loader tool it fails with the error:
Unable to check for viruses
I am not sure how to resolve this issue.

I am getting the error: Unable to load abq ged logo2.jpg.error reading file as image, cause: LCMS error 12288
the file is 241 KB and a jpg. I have tried both the Photo Manager link and the Add Organization Photo links from my Manage Account page. I thought maybe there was a problem with having the file name have spaces and a number in it so I tried uploading the same image but with the file name changed to ABQGEDLogo but that didn't work either.

Hi -- When I try to add our logo to a listing, the jpeg won't upload and the GIF file uploads with inverted colors. All the files are within the size constraints, and the GIF previews in our normal colors, but are wrong after uploading.

This is a great conversation that's separate from the main topic, so I created a new topic to continue the discussion. Please reference the new topic here: I'm experiencing an error when I try to upload a photo into my account
