Support groups for cancer patients

There are very few support groups for those with cancer and their famillies in the Lake County, IL area. I have cancer and have been looking for suport groups, I also have Multiple Sclerosis, (MS) and I belong and attend two different support groups in Lake County, IL. Many more people have cancer than have MS yet there is not evidence of assistance for those with cancer.
