Seeking Pro Bono Law Firm to optain 501c3 Status. Advice/Support on idea welcome

I'm seeking a Law Firm to provide Pro Bono work to help me obtain a 501c3 Nonprofit status with the IRS. My idea is to help rehab the city of Indianapolis. The name of the Nonprofit will be Lollar Foundation Inc. The name of the clinic will be Holistic Approach of Indy. This is what I have so far. Our mission here at Holistic Approach of Indy (HAI) is to help Adults and Youth that suffers from a Chronic Pain Illness. HAI will provide help regardless of ability for individuals to pay for such services. HAI will specialize in Chronic Pain illnesses and symptoms such as, however not limited to Arthritis, JRA, Fibromyalgia, Lupus, pain associated with Cancer, Mental Health issues and Drug Addiction. Lollar Foundation Inc. will have a successful Grant Writer on staff specializing in grants for Youth, American Veterans & the Homeless. HAI will be a our city's first non-12 step, holistic, innovative treatment in/out patient services. By providing a safe environment, for counseling, exercise classes & nutrition classes. Lollar Foundation will rehab the city by buying up vacant houses and flipping the property providing work and homes for clients allowing them to move forward, thus empowering clients to become a productive part of society.
