How about having a page that shows who's available to help for the organizations trying to recruit help? It could explain the volunteer's location, what the volunteer is looking for, types of activities they are looking for, what training/prerequisites they would do, etc. For example, my profile would would say "volunteers looking for group activities, preferably will minimal prerequisites in the South Sound area of WA, our interests include. . . ., please contact us at. . . ., our website is . . .
