    Hi Dee,

To edit your organization's information including your address, phone number, contact person, and website, simply follow these steps:

    -Log into your VolunteerMatch account

-Find your organization in the box labeled 'Manage Organizations':

-Click on 'Manage Organization' in your side menu and then click 'Edit Organization Profile':

This form allows you to edit your organization's information including name, address, phone, fax, email, web site URL, EIN, mission, description, directions, contact title and name, and categories:

-Edit the desired information and click on 'Continue' at the bottom of the page. Then, review your updated organization profile and click 'Continue' to save your changes.

If you have any more questions...you can respond to this post.

Scleroderma Foundation Michigan Chapter tried to post for volunteers a few months ago, but never was able to get a posting. I see that our organization is actually posted - however, with the wrong contact person and address - our information has changed. How do I go about getting this corrected? Thank you, Jennifer Wright - Director of Development, Scleroderma Foundation Michigan Chapter 23999 Telegraph Rd., Southfield, MI 48033 (248) 595-8526 www.scleroderma-mi.org (Email: jwright.scleroderma-mi@mail.com).

      Hello Jennifer,

You are listed as an administrator for your organization's account. This means that you have full access to the account and can update everything accordingly.

Your account has been rendered 'inactive' as it has been quite some time since your organization generated a new listing. However, your account will automatically switch to 'active' once you publish something new. For directions on how to post a new opportunity, click on the link below:

How To Post A New Volunteer Opportunity

Changing the contact person for an opportunity is quick and easy, directions are included in the link below:

How To Change A Contact For A Volunteer Opportunity

Finally, please DO NOT post private contact information on our Community Powered Support Page as this is a public forum visible to all interested parties.

If you have any additional questions, please post them in a response to this comment.

I registered my organization in 2002, and periodically use VM. When I logged in today, VM asked me to register my organization. We are already registered. What do I do now?

I was told to change something in my profile and I went to my account. I was told that when i clicked on that there should be an area that says either -special event or manage event that has a drop down menu. I couldnt ever find that? I just need to know how to access the drop down bar that says either special event or manage events. I never did find that?
