Hey Andrew,
For organizations with multiple locations, I suggest creating an opportunity for each office. Each opportunity can can be associated with a different address. Accordingly, each office can list an individual opportunity contact. This way offices will receive referral emails only when a volunteer is interested in a working with a specific location.
Happy Recruiting!

My project is multi-institutional. We have offices at several museums and universities. How should the organization be registered? In particular, by whose EIN? (I expect all our opportunities will be virtual, and one volunteer may interact with several offices.) Thanks!

The Smithsonian (www.si.edu) is exempted under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code; our latest determination letter was April 11, 2011. We're an education and research facility supported by both private and federal funds. Does that help?

There are several locations where the volunteer opportunities happen each month. Should I do each location as a separate volunteer opportunity, or is there a way to list more than one address?
