Looking for someone to design a website for CAMEROONIAN, sculptor.

I am looking for someone with some free time who would like to design a website for my sculptor friend in Cameroon, Africa. He is an amazing artist and has done work all over Cameroon and Nigeria (pictures can be sent if you are interested in helping). He is currently interested in expanding his clientele to Europe and America and we both thought that a website would be the best method.

    I am trying to raise awareness of how head injury people are actively prevented from resuming their lives after they have survived a horrible accident. If you could forward the link to my website I would really appreciate it. To change this system is going to take a lot of time, work and publicity and it has to start somewhere.
