I'm not receiving the referrals you are showing!!!!!
My posting for Oct 11, 2011 training indicates I've received 19 referrals, I've only received 3- since August 2011 (see my referral history) where are the others??? is there a problem that needs to be fixed

Hello Marge,
I was able to locate all of the 'missing' referrals in your account and I can totally understand your confusion.
On the dashboard screen--where all of your opportunities are listed--the column labeled 'Referrals/Views' indicates that you have received 19 referrals from an opportunity:
However, it appears that you created this opportunity a few years ago--and you have been changing the title to correspond with the month/year. Despite these changes the system tracks all referrals from the original date the opportunity was published.
In short, the 'missing' referrals are actually a couple years old.
You can view the entire referral history for your account by clicking on the 'Volunteer Referrals & Reports' tab on the left hand side of you dashboard screen:
Using the pull down menus at the top of the screen you can filter results via opportunity and sort via chronological order.

Sorry but it doesn't solve the receiving them by email notification -- it only solves finding the referrals if I go on line to volunteermatch.com.-

In your account, everything appears to be set up correctly. You are listed as the contact on a number of opportunities.
Have you ever received a referral email from VolutneerMatch? Have you not received anything recently?
You can double check--see if you missed referrals--by following the directions above to view the referral history for all of your opportunities.
