Hello,
I am trying to register under my facebook account but everytime I put in my birth year and accept the terms and conditions then press register the page just refreshes and asks me to enter these things again? What can I do to resolve this?

It looks like you already have an account in our system via our partnership with NYU. You should hear from one of our client relations managers shortly via email. He will provide instructions for you.
