I really like this new Community Page (read about it on your blog)...but I'm still not quite sure how to post questions. Can you give me some more instructions?

    Hi Bill,

Accessing the Community Powered Support Page is easy!

On the home page you can click on the word ‘Help’ in the top right hand corner of the screen. Once you are on the page type your question in the field at the top of the list and click ‘Continue’. Look for your question in the list that appears to receive an instant answer. If you don’t see a question similar to yours, you will be prompted to create a new topic and a VolunteerMatch employee with follow up with you.

You can also access the Community Powered Support page by clicking on the ‘Questions’ button located on the right side of the site, in the middle of the page. Don’t forget to provide a brief description of the scenario you have questions about.

Providing more information will help other users find answers to their own questions.

You can also 'tag' a VolunteerMatch product or service by clicking on the the 'Add More Details' section. Tagging a product or service will help give your question more clarity (e.g. if you're question is about posting a volunteer opportunity check the boxes labeled 'Recruit Volunteers'). Next click 'Continue', see if your question--or a similar question--pops up. If not, click 'None Of These Fit, Post My Question' to create a topic and a VolunteerMatch employee will follow up with you.

You will receive an email when your question has been addressed. Just click on the link provided in the email to view your question and your answer. If you have any follow up questions, post a response by clicking on 'Reply to This Topic' or 'Comment'.

Something wrong with trying to sign up for help. It prompts whether to change info and add a comment, but was unable to place a message.
