How do I search for holiday volunteer opportunities?

Hi Matt,

You can search for holiday volunteering opportunities by doing a keyword search. Just follow the instructions below:

-Go to http://www.volunteermatch.org and click on the words "Find Opportunities" and then 'Advanced'.



-Enter your location. Then check the interest areas that match your interests, such as 'Hunger' or 'Homeless and Housing'.



[NOTE: Click on 'See All Interest Areas' to view more options]

You can also enter a keyword, such as 'Holiday' into the keyword field to search for a specified keyword in the 'title,' 'description' and 'required skills' fields for opportunities in your area.

-Click 'Search' for a list of opportunities that match your criteria.

Scroll through the search results for an opportunity that matches your interests. Click on a listing title for additional details and then click 'I Want to Help!' We'll send an email to the nonprofit organization notifying them of your interest.
