How do I complete the registration process if my organization is a hospice or medical care facilty?
Will someone please call me? I have inactive opportunities for some reason and also need to change my username from an old email address that doesn't work, but have updated referrals to go to my new email address. Please contact me at lhammond@stcroixhospice.com

Your opportunities are inactive because your organization has not yet been approved.
VolunteerMatch allows for-profit hospices, hospitals and long-term care facilities to join our network, as well as for-profit organizations working on behalf of nonprofits.
To get approved:
Please send us your state license to operate as a hospice, hospital or long-term care facility. We can accept this document by e-mail [support@volunteermatch.org] or by fax at at (415) 520-9650.
If you would like to update your contact information in your VolunteerMatch account, follow the steps below:
-Log into your VolunteerMatch account.
-Click 'Edit Personal Profile' under 'Manage Personal Account':
-Update your account information and click 'Continue' to save your changes.

Your organization has not been approved because we do not have a copy of your state license on file. Once we get this information we can approve your organization and post your opportunity. See my responses above for further instructions.

I am waiting for approval to activate my account. The company I work for is “for-profit”, will I be able to recruit volunteers using VolunteerMatch? I have read some of the questions and answers in the help section, but I am still not sure. As a “for-profit” hospice company does VolunteerMatch allow me to post opportunities to recruit volunteers? How can I utilize VolunteerMatch if I am a “for-profit” hospice agency?
