Can you please provide some more details what you are experiencing? Are you referring to the 'When/Where' step in the listing flow? Which buttons are you clicking on? Are you getting an error message? Which internet browser are you using?
If you are receiving an error message, please include a screen shot in your response.
Once I get this information from you I will compile a case and submit it to our engineering team for further investigation.

Nancy - me neither. It's maddening. Keeps asking me to save/download. I created a file. I complete the download and it won't move on to step 3. Keeps asking me to save. I don't want to save - already have. Really frustrating.

Jan,
I logged into your account and saw that you currently have two unfinished drafts saved at the second posting step ('When & Where').
When I logged into your account and entered an address the system allowed me to move to the next screen by clicking on 'Next Step' without any problems.
(NOTE: Make sure you are filling out all of the required forms before attempting to navigate to the next posting step)
Can you please post a screen shot of what you're seeing? Or give me more details?
